On the Firefox Home page, I have 2 rows of shortcuts I filled with pinned URLs I need for my work and I have been using this from years now and it's saved to my account so I can import them between different laptops I use. Today, I woke up to find all my pinned URLs are gone and have been replaced with some random URLs, some of those seem to be coming from the recent history but the others I have no idea from where they are coming from. This issue is happening today on all my laptops connected to my Mozilla account.

How can I restore my pinned URLs back to Home shortcuts? It will be a nightmare to go back and find some of those URLs I pinned and pin them again one by one ☹.

Things I tried: 1. Open and close Firefox. 2. Logout then login. 3. Manually trigger a sync.

I need to know the exact storage limit of IndexedDB per origin. Please make sure to share limits based on Browsers version and do not mention anything like 20% of Disk capacity etc. Give the numbers in MB, GB, TB etc. Thanks

Hi, My enquiry is about the weather applet on a New Tab, in the top right corner. It's to do with the accuracy, which is sketchy. The applet claims the temp is a toasty 17 deg, when the actual temp is probably about 12 deg. My first guess is that it's an update problem, ie it's showing the temp 6 hours ago. Anyway for whatever reason it's completely wrong, which I thought you might like to know. According to http://www.bom.gov.au/nsw/observations/sydney.shtml the app isn't far off but note the difference between actual & apparent temp.

Transparency does not work in *.png files. Instead of a transparent layer, a white background is displayed. However, in other browsers with the same file, using the same link - there are no problems.

After updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11, when I opened a browser for which I had previously set an exception, a screen appeared requiring me to set the exception again. After making the exception settings and restarting the PC, the exception settings screen was displayed again. I checked the settings, and the exception settings were set without any problems. For example, ‘www.apeuni.com/pte/user_center/mock/list?type=mock’ like this, and I haven’t logged it yet so, definitely the page didn’t open. That is why I had a hard moment to open the page. So far I have tried to uninstall firefox and re-install it. I have cleared my cache and cookies several times and just today I clicked on the little shield in the search bar and turned off the toggle for enhanced tracking. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions???? Please?????

My name is Mohammad Kamal Borojerde, and I’m experiencing serious ongoing security issues while using Firefox on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I am a delivery driver working for Deliveroo, and my device is being targeted through remote hacking methods. I suspect that some malicious actors are using apps I’m not aware of to interfere with my internet, GPS location, and even stop delivery tasks that the company sends to my phone. This has significantly affected both my work and personal life.

Despite installing multiple security applications including McAfee (Reference No: 03203372) and Bitdefender (Reference No: 1010231778), my browsing remains unsecure, and settings keep getting changed or disabled without my consent. I believe attackers are also bypassing or disabling Firefox protections on my phone.

I kindly request Firefox’s security team to investigate this matter seriously. If possible, please help me: 1. Lock down or secure my Firefox browser fully. 2. Review any unusual activity linked to my device/browser. 3. Suggest any specific configuration settings that can protect me against remote access or phishing.

since about a week ago Investing.com Portofolios and Stock Charts do not automatically update themselves. I put Chrome, Opera and Firefox side by side and Firefox is the only one which doesn't work.

It's updated to last version 139 64 bit, I tried after cleaning all cookies, Setting refresh different cookies filtering settings but the only way to get a refresh of the data is by pressing F5 or changing the period for the charts.

I have been using Firefox in Ubuntu for many years.And I use Royalmail a lot to send parcels and I always use their tracking without any problem.Until about 2 months ago when tracking became impossible.I can do anything else on their website without any problem.In Firefox settings on Privacy I always use private mode and I could still track my parcels.Now I can't.Even untick private mode does not make any difference. I tried Royalmail tracking on my mobile chrome and it works but does not work on Firefox.I have use Firefox for years and I thought there was something wrong with Royalmail tracking until I tried it on Chrome.Then it must be a Firefox problem. When using full-screen mode on macOS, moving the mouse to the top of the screen causes the title bar to appear. This frequently interferes with tab switching and leads to accidental clicks.

Is there any way to disable this automatic title bar reveal? Or, ideally, can it be made to behave like Safari, where only the window buttons slide down from the top-left without showing the entire title bar?

I go to a site that has a form that wants me to either click on a list or enter something

when I go to the input icon the pointer changes from a finger to a little vertical line and nothing works IE I cannot enter anything

I downloaded and enabled javascript and turned off my Private Internet Access VPN still same thing happens
